New post partum bod
How we helped Nicole...
Nicole’s second time working with THRIVE, and round two was so much fun helping her re-gain her confidence and her post partum body.
Nicole didnt have a lot of time to make it to a gym, so we built her a manageable plan which was 2-3 days training, all from home whilst she could be a mamma too.
We also had to take into account that Nicole was breast feeding, it’s important women have sufficient calories, they should never be in a deep deficit during this phase.

Learned to lover herself again!
How we helped Yvette...
Yvette was a special one for us to work with, a busy working mum of two who was looking to refind herself again. This was not a weight loss journey, it was a journey to loving who she is again. The photos from her confidence shoot we celebrated with speak for themselves!
Yvette also struggled to maintain a healthy relationship with her food. So as well as building her a programme which focused on improving her performance we fuelled her body appropriately including having more calories around the time of her cycle when her body showed signs of increased hunger and lower energy spells.
The plan all came together so perfectly!

Your wedding day will always be the biggest day of your life to focus on feeling fabulous, and thats exactly what our end goal was with Lauren.
Over 18 months, we not only transformed Laurens physique but we rebuilt her outlook on food, completely removed any binge episodes, and worked together to build Lauren’s confidence and knowledge within the gym so she knew how to train properly to achieve the results she strived for!

How we helped Fiona...
Fiona had completely lost herself, and with being a mum of two little ones, she very easily became bottom of the todo list herself.
Our goal was to help Fiona find a better routine which included HER, dropping some body weight so she felt more comfortable and confident, as well as educating her on a better way to fuel her body around her busy mum duties.
Following a lifestyle which makes you feel better whilst being a mum, IS doable, it just needs to fit into your life and not vice versa.

How we helped Susan...
Susan reached out to us, desperately trying to maintain healthier habits, for the LONG TERM. Not just as a quick fix. Tried and previously failed with different ‘fad diet’ tactics, but this time the results are FOR GOOD.
No drastic measures were taken here either, we kept Susan in a slight calorie deficit whilst encouraging her to move her body in healthy/positive ways so she had a healthy outlook on why she was making these changes, and not just because it’s part of the diet.

How we helped Lucy...
Lucy already loved the gym and training regular, but she was missing that accountability and personalisation to take her progress with her physique to the next level.
What did we do to achieve the after look?
- Tidied up Lucys nutrition, still allowing her a little of what she fancies but ensuring she was in a stricter deficit over the week as a whole.
- Slowly introduced more movement/cardio over time to increase her expenditure to keep seeing results
- Kept in a little bit of fun times for weekends as Lucy enjoys to socialise, and if we completely removed the things she enjoys there’s little chance she would have stuck it out long term.

1 stone loss post breast cancer surgery
How we helped Joanne...
Where to start with Joanne? Double breast cancer surgery wasn’t stopping her from re-building her life and her confidence too after such a difficult and emotional chapter. Cancer treatment can leave any person feeling weak and lost with what path to take to regain control, but with the right intensity.. We built a plan which eased her back into the gym, and workin on her fitness which she never thought she would do when climbing a flight of stairs felt impossible.
On top of being fitter and stronger, Joanne lost around a stone which helped boost her confidence so she could strut around in her swimmer on holiday feeling 10/10!

Overcoming restrictive eating
How we helped Heather...
Heather’s main struggle when she first began her coaching was her relationship with food.
Anything over 1.200 calories a day, drove her to fear of what outcome it may have on how she looked. Desperate to be able to eat more, to fuel her body but living in fear to do so.
Over a sensible period of time, Heather put her trust into us to slowly introduce more calories, which has paid off massively with her physique looking lovely and STRONG as well as the extra food fuelling her sessions to train so much harder.
