Specialising in hormone healthHealth and fitness has been a part of my life since the moment I was old enough to join a gym. Along the way, I’ve faced my own struggles, which I believe have shaped me into the relatable and compassionate coach I am today. From under-eating and over-exercising to binge eating and battling a negative relationship with food—I’ve been there, and I’ve overcome it.
With a strong background in running, from 5K races to marathons, I recently caught the HYROX bug in 2024, adding another exciting chapter to my fitness journey.
In 2022, I founded this business with a clear mission: to help as many women as possible feel better, overcome their obstacles, and discover their full potential.
