We're here to support you on your unique journey and overcome whatever obstacles you might face along the way!

  • Training

    Personalised training plan via an online app, which can be synced with your health watch and calorie counting apps

  • Nutrition

    Personalised Nutrition Plan and macro guidance. We will work together to make positive lifestyle changes without boring or repetitive eating

  • Check-ins

    You will receive a dedicated check-in day weekly, giving us the opportunity to reflect and adjust plans as needed

  • Support

    You will recieve direct support via WhatsApp when needed, and access to the Thrive WhatsApp group

  • Hormonal health

    Stacey & Melanie have a proven track record of supporting female clients through various hormonal health issues

  • Community

    Not just a coaching service- we have a bustling community of supportive, like-minded women
